Ingredients

  • 500 gr. sea bass fillet
  • 2 potatoes cut into cubes
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 celery cut into rings
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 50 gr. olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • A little saffron

Preparation

1.In a saucepan, pour the olive oil and add our vegetables and sauté them lightly.

2.Add water and wait for it to boil.

3.Once they start to boil, add our fish and saffron and cook for 20 minutes.

4.Finally, salt and pepper.

5.Serve in deep plates and add raw olive oil.
