Ingredients (4 people)
- 1 kg of fresh spinach
- 500 gr. wild herbs
- 4 eggs 200 gr. Gruyere
- A little bukovo
- 100 ml. olive oil
1.In a pot of boiling water, add the spinach and wild herbs and cook for about 15 minutes.
2. Filter and place them in a saucepan. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and mix.
3. Distribute them well and break the eggs over them and season with salt and pepper.
4. Finish with gruyere and boukovo on the eggs.
5. Bake for 15′-20 ‘minutes at 180 ° degrees.
