Ingredients

  • 500 gr. Greek pasta
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 leek, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 200 gr. Crushed tomato
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 100 ml. Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

1.Pour the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the chicken until it turns brown, then add the onion, leek, garlic and bay leaf.

2. Then put the tomato paste, soak with the wine and then crush the tomato. At the end you add barley, two glasses of water, salt and pepper and pour them into a pyrex.

3. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° degrees.

You can garnish with feta and cilantro.
