As summer arrives, fish is in the spotlight. For this reason, I have chosen for you a fresh salmon fillet, which can be found at the neighborhood fishmonger. In addition, it is important that we also always choose fresh and seasonal vegetables. The materials we will need are as follows:

Ingredients for a salad

  • 500 gr. mixed lettuce (lettuce, lola, arugula)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, cut into pieces
  • 1 peeled and sliced cucumber
  • 1 cubed tomato
  • 1 salmon fillet of 200gr.
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Juice and zest of one lemon

Implementation

Put the salmon in a pan and add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 ‘at 160 ° degrees. We clean well and cut our veg into the suggested cuts I mention above. In a large bowl, add and mix all our vegetables well. Add the cooked salmon and finish our salad with a vinaigrette. We will need extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and zest in a small bowl. Then we will mix until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour the dressing over our salad and you are ready to enjoy it. Good luck to everyone!

Tip: Avocado

We always choose fresh avocados and distinguish them by their color and degree of ripeness, which determines their sweetness! To use it, just cut it in half and remove the core with a knife or spoon. As soon as we have cleaned it, we can mix it in water with lemon juice for a few hours or in milk so that it does not change color and spoil its taste!
